1) Don't tell us youre going to call/text if youre not gonna do it.
→ ..cause you make us sleep deprived and make us check our phones every 2 seconds.
2) You don't need to show off your physique to make us like you.
→ ..it just makes it seem like youre up yourself.
3) When we put ourselves down, this isnt the right time to agree with us.
→..when you do agree it just makes us feel worst.
4) When it seems like were not ourselves and you ask "whats wrong" and our answer is "nothing", MOST LIKELY THERES SOMETHING WRONG .
→ ..this is the time to be persistant and be there for us; BUT there are times where its better to give us space.
5) We don't like it when you give us mixed signals
→ ..it just brings about confusion and false hope.
6)If asking your opinion about something, you dont always have to have the same opinion as us.

I couldn't resist argueing against every single one of those comments, its for the same of male pride (:

Why would we tell you if we're going to call/text you, those things should be spontaneous, goes both ways.
2) You don't need to show off your physique to make us like you.
Perhaps it may make us look up ourselves, however some guys feel the need to present themself with their physique to compensate for other things. guys have bigger appetites, its harder to keep in shape.
3) When we put ourselves down, this isnt the right time to agree with us.
sometimes, those are the things we've been thinking the whole time, its your flaw, don't always be pessimistic, we can be down too, you being down can make us feel down too. you shouldn't be putting yourself down in the first place, sometimes guys just don't want to hear it, even though it gives us an opportunity to show we care, theres a time and place.
4) When it seems like were not ourselves and you ask "whats wrong" and our answer is "nothing", MOST LIKELY THERES SOMETHING WRONG .
not yourselves? its difficult to tell, especially over phone/msn. what are you going to do, do an overwhelming amount of ...'s stop talking? sound negative? sometimes its just better to step aside and let them deal with it, and especially when we're the problem.
5) We don't like it when you give us mixed signals
sometimes people take kindness as a mixed signal, guys need female friends as well, especially going to all male schools. thats from experience :\ some guys like to cheese, others are more quiet and discreet, interpret it how you will. (:
6)If asking your opinion about something, you dont always have to have the same opinion as us.
well sometimes guys are indecisive, especially me, we don't always know what to do, we don't always want to lead, different opinions can be good though, i'll agree on that.

this goes both ways, it really annoys me when i see someone type your pretty, cute etc. it takes more guts for a guy to say that than a girl in my opinion, could be a mixed signal.. sometimes we think it but don't mean it in that way, take the compliment and walk away. only time we wouldn't mean it is if we're just stuck on a spot and looking for something to talk about -looks nice dress. :L

this is the main reason why i had to argue with these comments. honestly, you know why guys prioritise games over dota/cod? even though they're repetitive, sometimes not as fun as talking with you, sometimes more fun, they never leave us. NEVER. sometimes we don't want to be tied down talking to you every night, we'll make up excuses, brb got dinner. and take that extra hour or two to play games. we need that stress reliever, it makes us happy. deal with it. (:

those little things, like what? doing your hair up differently? wearing a different piece of jewellry? different earring? different clothes? shoes? people keep no saying guys don't need to care about their appearance, why do you care so much about your hair cameron your like a girl. well NO. guys have just as much right to care about their appearance as anyone else, complaining about being sexist when theres sexist comments right there! AHH.

ReplyDeleteromantic gestures are generalised, oh heres some flowers, chocolate, all stereotyped from previous things. anytime we show we care even a bit should be taken as a romantic gesture, eg. each minute we're talking to you, its a minute off playing dota/cod. be appreciative. :D or maybe its just not working.

well thats the most stupid thing ive ever heard. you don't talk to us for a long period and you expect us to text/call you? ive tried that before, 6 texts later, no reply. pretty sure they're ignoring you if they don't talk to you for a long period of time unless its exams ofc.
