MY TIRING MORNING CONSISTED OF :

- trek in ewd buying ingredients for my GLORIOUS feast :D
- carrying all the stuff to the car , thank you to my dearest delicious
who trekked all the way to help me ♥
- unpack all the stuff in my fridge in <5mins .

christmas lunch menu :
→ Fresh prawns with dipping sauce
→ Home made prawn wontons with sichuan oil
→ Thai Fried Rice
→ Family fruit salad recipe
→ Stir fried beef fillet with honey and ginger
→ Marinated honey soy chicken
→ Panna cotta with a strawberry puree

P.S all but one is made from scratch , yes i am a very ambitious
child. I'd ask for help to make it but its sorta like a
CHRISTMAS PRESSIE to show how much i love my family ♥


Before i tell you about my afternoon id like to point out
the most cutest story of a little boy who captures me and peng's heart .
we were sitting at ewd playground when a little boy
was sitting on the seesaw with peng in that middle bit
and along came me and i sat on the other side and started bouncing on it
and then he came and sat with me, what a magical moment that was .
we gazed in each others eyes, quite romantic really xD



i think this little boy will be a pimp child , he sure knows
how to pick up the LADIESS .
well his brother had to take him away and the cutest thing he said was
" BYE , MERRY CHRISTMAS -blows kisses- " eeeeekkk :3

is there anything cuter ?

MY AFTERNOON CONSISTED OF:

- devouring delicious pho at chatty

- looking for ballet flats with my dear peng and ended up getting some high top black chucks

-attempting to get into someones house without keys, DONT WORRY WE HAD PERMISSION !

- climbing a roof with a dodgy ladder, thanks daum and yasu for holding the ladder :D

- watering some dry plants , watering cans are actually quite handy on a hot day ;)

- constantly changing bandaids from my injured toe ): props to peng for being so prepared

in the bandaid department xD

- walking back in the heat with 1.5L bottle of H2O , felt sea sick since i could feel the

water moving inside of me whilst our long trek back to the station

MY EVENING CONSISTED OF:

- cooking dinner, it was pretty easy, BANG IN SOME PIZZA IN THE OVEN :D

- put it some prep work for my epic feast

→ create my panna cotta, which btw is a success cause i just checked it and it has SET :D

→ make fruit salad, which has also set , GG dessert part wont be fail .

→ marinate my honey soy chicken with honey and soy sauce and other stuff

→ marinate my beef

→ cook some rice for my ashun fried rice :)

- jus chillin'

i shall update you on my xmas feast later on ~!

Misuse of GG

Do you ever notice that people misuse the term "GG" ?

if you guys dont know what GG stands for

it means "Good Game"

according to urban dictionary, this is what GG meant..

" A polite remark uttered after the end of a round, game,

or other measured interval to indicate that a match was fair and enjoyable.

Usually uttered collectively by the occupants of a game server "

Having no experience in the gaming field whatsoever,

i shall attempt to reinact what a scenario of the right use of GG.

Pardon my lack of gaming jargon, which is none btw .

Guy1: Aw bro , how did you get such an epic kill streak ?!

Guy2: Haha headshot, GG :)

Now an example of the wrong kinda way.

it is sorta true that people who do know the actual context of GG use it in the wrong context, but

Some reasons provoked by laziness , sad to say but quite true xD
or just like the thought of being loved and supported.

bruises all over

i despise bruises .
..they swell,
...they make you feel pain ,
....keeps you from doing what you normally do properly.
PAIN IS SOMETHING MOST PEOPLE AVOID .
most people classify me as "clumsy"
what they accumulate to get to that conclusion, i do not know .

Recently, i went ice skating .
recently i mean yesterday
i gotta say i expected too much out of myself
i stacked it so many times .

the outcome from this experience ?
- my whole knee covered in bruises
colours varying from purple to pink to a dark grey.
-scratches on my forearm
- epic headache
→LEARNT I SHOULD BE MORE CAREFUL .

isnt that what the normal outcome of getting hurt is ? learning to be more careful next time ? Somehow we are always ignorant to those experiences and carry on like this.

well pain can be determined as being suffered
both EXTERNALLY and INTERNALLY .

COMFORTING INTERNAL SUFFERING
" umm its okay, keep your head up "

why is internal comforting much harder to recover from that external suffering? its not fair.

and just some bruises .. that can just never heal. Although we may supress them they resurface sooner or later.

its not a thing that can be fixed by certain words
or any slight gestures, although it makes us forget for a few moments
it doesnt let us forget that pain that lingers within us.

it chases after us , haunts our being .
no ONE person can understand you fully ,
yes you can get people who understand parts of what
you go through and certain circumstances , but noone
can ever understand yourself fully as much as you understand yourself.

i wish there was, but thats pretty unrealistic.

i miss how my life once was, COME BACK TO MEEE PLEASE :(

we always yearn for that moment where
we get out of this rut we're suffering from .
believing that cliche line ..
" there is light at the end of the tunnel"
i think the only time where i feel safe from pain
is in my dreams , its where everything roams free
and its up to you to make what you want come alive :)

pet peeves .

aish , dont you ever have those certain things
where you just absolutely cant stand
like it annoys you so much it fully makes you
CRINGEEEE like heck .
these are called pet peeves :)

Here is a list of some of my pet peeves ..

► People who chew gum like angry cows .
it annoys me SOO much , apparently i give one of those "ergh" looks.
i cant help it, its like you can literally just see everything
going on in their mouth and that incessant sound drives me bonkers.

► People who eat/drink something and leave like
the tinniest bit left so they dont need to chuck it .
SERIOUSLY , the bin wouldnt be that far .. and you kinda feel
discontented when you run out ):

► People who stare at other peoples marks
ehh if people wanted to show their marks they wouldnt
be hiding it so discreetly, learn to respect it .

► You know how most pens have lids and they have that little
line that sticks out of the lid , well all my pens , that part
that sticks out has to be alligned to the words of the pen.
i know im weird like that , but it just annoys me . i do it
to my friend's pens as well , it makes me feel better inside
that the pens are alligned :D


► Guys Pre-shaving stage
like you see the stache start growing and its NOTICEABLE
and they dont shave it, especially asians since like we dont
have much hair so it kinda just grows in random places kinda thing?
when you talk to guys like that, im sorry but i cant stop staring
at it..its quite distracting ><"

► When i get told to " GO TO THE KITCHEN AND MAKE ME A SANDWICH"
such a derogatory phrase to say. i mean i get its a joke
but like about the 20th time , no euphemism there btw , it
just get irritating. from personal experience when i have been
in a kitchen, ive been told to get out due to being a safety hazard.
think hard next time when you say that to me :) and other random
sexist jokes

► When people are sick and cough/sneeze near you
asdfghjkl PLEASE DONT DO ITTTT , i fully cringe . its just as
bad as me eating the tissue you just sneezed on .. EWWW RIGHT ?!
exactly .

► People who stare at me
it makes me super paranoid , do i have something on my face ?
am i doing something wrong? am i wearing my shirt backwards ..?
OH AND WHEN THEY STARE AT ME EAT. if you know me you know i eat a lot
so im sorta self-conscious when people stare at me eat, i get
kinda intimidated that i just dont eat .

► Unfit men who wear speedos
MANNNNNNNN, FOR THE SAKE OF NOT SOILING PEOPLES EYES PLEASE
JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM . im sorry .. no .. you dont look good
in them and we want to enjoy our day at the beach/pool
not get scarred by that eerie sight that will stay embedded in
our minds, YUCK~!

► Those really inappropriate ads you get late at night
or even during the day time on the radio .
i dont really ever wanna see those things while im up watchign tv
and its just completely awkward when youre with your parents
in the car and one of those ads come on.

an apple a day keeps the doctor away

i should have ate more apples :(
well ive been constantly sick now
for the past week and a bit maybe ?
having trouble with eating properly T_____T"
SO SADDDD -cries
ill skip on the dets but yes , not a good
way to start of a hectic term of year 12 .

besides from that ive been having trouble
breathing ):
like not the, you see a really good looking
guy that takes your breath away ,
its more like OHCRAP I CANT BREATHE CAUSE
MY LUNGS ARE TRYING TO KILL ME kinda trouble .

sucks yes ?

well being the obedient child i am
i decided to conform to the likes of waiting
in a line for an hour to see a doctor which
took around 5mins to diagnose me .

Her theory/cures for my problem .
Having trouble eating.
►Stay away from all dairy/seafood kinda products
and [drink cordial ] ← ehh what ?

WELL APPARENTLY CORDIAL HAS SOME MAGICAL INGREDIENT
that would make me feel better, i dont know how that works, but
trusting the doctor i told my mother and this is what she says

" CORDIAL O____O" ITS ALL SUGAR AND MAKE YOU HYPERACTIVE , lets just buy you some yakult. ITS MUCH MORE HEALTHY ^^"

i was pretty happy, yakult was like THE CHILDHOOD DRINK .
I WAS SO HAPPY AFTER CONSUMING IT ,
cute little bottle in my oversized hand,
its like youre holding a novelty toy x)
..anywho SIDETRACKINGG .

Trouble breathing
► Before she determined what was wrong with me,
she wanted to test my lungs.
she walked over to this box thing and got this tube
kinda thing which looked sorta like a needle .
being my paranoid self i started panicking .

WHERE IS SHE GONNA INJECT ME? WHY DO YOU NEED SUCHA BIG NEEDLE FOR?!


then she attached a weird cylinder thing onto it ,
my thoughts immediately changed .
OHCRAP SHES GONNA PUT IT SOMEWHERE ..AWKWARD !!

she walks over to me slowly ,
" can you put this in your ...-suspense- ..mouth and blow for me please :)"

SIGH OF RELIEF MANNNN !!

she asked me if ive ever taken one of these tests before
she then taught mee how to do it .
she said to put my mouth around it, take a deep breath
and BLOW AS HARD AS YOU CAN AS QUICK AS YOU CAN .
first and second go was a fail, third times the charm :)
she said that i had good oxygen flow to my lungs, but then she
told me what i had .

HYPERVENTILATION SYNDROME.

She carried on to explain that a normal person
takes around 15 breaths per minute, but in my case
my lungs sends signals to my brain that i need more air
so then i have trouble breathing cause my nitrogen levels
to be low in my body.

most likely cause ? stress

She suggested that when i have trouble breathing
i should use a bag and breathe in and out so that
i can collect the nitrogen/carbon dioxide that i lost .
OR i could take short breaths .
ATTEMPTED TO DO IT . result ? looking like a sped T______T"
but it kinda helps :)
she said theres no medical curefor it ,
but she says if i have so much trouble breathing
i might faint and the fainting will cure my "syndrome"
so .. i hope i faint some time soon ..
ON SOMETHING SOFT AND COMFY PLEASE ><" or a prince charming can come save me :D

in borders .. i dont really go into book stores much

its not my fault . paranoia is built up from own experiences .

i got attacked by a bird on saturday, which makes me more paranoid than i once was .

It was the day of granny smith and i decided to take
a long and nice walk and suddenly a random bird came..
AND RAPED MY FACE, if you knew me already youd know i have
a serious fear of birds ..

Boys Vs Men .

Dont you think that little boys are more chivalrous than men ?
well in my opinion they are ..
cause if you think about it, little boys express their feelings
in a more upfront manner shall we say .
but then again kids in general are really straight forward .

on wicky chivalrous is defined as

"..being attentive to a woman like an ideal knight"

AND SOME PEOPLE THOUGHT GUYS LIKE THIS DONT EXIST ..
theyre just pubescent and innocent thats all x)

i came to this conclusion on friday
when i was helping little kiddies out at my church :)

the scanario was like this .
kids split into groups, mix of girls and boys
ONE PARTICULAR GROUP , 2 BOYS AND ONE GIRL .
helping out with little kids ive realised that not much has
changed since my era in primary school .
they are still repulsed by the idea of getting "boy/girl germs"
..anywho that particular group i was kinda staring at ..

GIRL : urgh its so sunny, -gets paper to block out sun-
BOY1: ehh excuse me, can i get the piece of paper? We need it .
GIRL: OH sure , -hands piece of paper over-, erg im in the sun again ..
BOY2: -gets piece of paper and holds it to block out sun-
ME: GNAWWWWWWWW x3

how absolutely cute is that ?

then i thought about me in primary school .
i think i was in kindy when this happened ..
there was this boyy who had a thing for me then and at that time
guys were super icky to me .
id remember only 3 things from it .

#1 - he always wrote "i love you" on pieces of paper and gave it to me.
→ id write back by crossing love and replacing it with hate.
#2 - he sang a love song to me .
→ i gave him a weird look and walked away.
#3 - i had to go his house and have playdates.
→ stayed like 2m away from him at all times.

thinking to it now , it was pretty dang cute :)

THE QUESTION I LEAVE YOU PEOPLE WITH IS ..

WHY CANT MEN BE AS CHIVALROUS AS BOYYSSS ????
..youd think they would be since theyve matured into men ..sometimes logic makes no sense .

not saying all guys arent chivalrous, some are like gentleman as , dont get me wrong :)

asian etiquette .

yes, i am asian
no im NOT related to jackie chan .
i get annoyed when people come to you
assuming certain things just cause of your race .

For instance .
#1 - Ching Chong isn't a word in any asian language
nor does saying asian last names, let you make any sense .
#2 - Assuming all asian can't speak english is stupid.
Yes, we sometimes do have accents, but we still understand you.
#3 - Not all asians are yellow.
#4- Not every single asian knows a form of martial arts
and if we do don't think we know Mr. Miyagi.
#5 - Just cause we have smaller eyes doesn't mean
we can't see far away.
#5 - It may come as a shock, but not all asians are
ridiculously good at maths .
#6 - Don't assume asian people speak an actual asian language, they could
be brought up accustomed to a certain culture, other than asian.
#7 - We cannot catch flies with chopsticks, maybe some can, but not
are all that skilled, nor can all asian use chopsticks .
i can vouch for that :)
#8 - Not all asians are FOBS ( Fresh Off Boat),or do asian poses .
#9 - WE ARE NOT ALL SHORT , do you not see YAO MING , hed pwn your ass :)
#10 - AND WE DONT ALL LOVE RICEE, personally i do though, I NEED MY CARBS IN MEEE TO BE A GROWING CHILD ^^

i found this thing on the internet
and i thought it would be good to repost

i depise the way that love is chucked around these days .
an over rated sentence , lost in translation with
people in this day and age .

and guys feel obliged to say it.
BUT, there are cases where
either/both the female/male actually MEAN it,
yes such myths exist ☺

It is acceptable to an extent to say it
to family, exclusive partner and close friends
because the place where you find to say it HAS SUBSTANCE .
Alterations made by recent generations .
ily , ifly , lovee yaa .. etc .
these can be used on a more constant basis
since it is referred to in sucha colloquial manner .

freedom deprivation , not cool

ever get the feeling of your parents
being so unreasonable ?!
like WITHOUT A DOUBT
believe that their arguement has no real point
and makes gibberish sound like perfect english .


encountering this several times it was
truly evident to myself that parents
misconstrue their child's words to make it seem
like they are always right ,
OH CONTRAIRE because a person in the right
state of mind would realise that their
accusation is truly false .

example .

► these are the last holidays where
it can be spent ever so freely before the
pressure and idea of HSC fully kicks in .
► i have gone out ONLY THREE DAYS out of
a total of eleven days so far .
► the days i havent gone out i have spent slaving
at home CLEANING, not lightly dust the shelves or what not.
HEAVY DUTY CLEANINGGG , not joking .
Carrying an approx 70kg couch up like 20 narrow flights of stairs
isnt a walk in the park, especially with just two girls .

→ we have so much junk in our house its not funny, but my mother
suffering from "separation anxiety" feels the need to hold
onto everything . Her motto is probably along the lines of ..

" If it ain't broke, keep it in your house because
it will be of some use one day. If it is broke , patch
it up and make do with whatcha got. "

► A N Y W H O , C O N T I N U I N G..
i asked if i could go out with my friends from
school since i havent seen em since before holidays.
my mothers excuse is that i didnt study enough
and that three days are enough days out because
i "said" so myself .
I recall when we were discussing this last week,
that i went out too much already, saying this
after the 2nd day of holidays . I said that i had
only planned so far that id go out three times
in that week but she took it as ..

"IM GONNA GO OUT 3 DAYS MAX IN THE WHOLE HOLIDAY."

I admit i did go out 2 days in a row
BUT it has been nearly 5 days since ive
seriously gotten out of the house,
if it was possible id die from BOREDOM INSANITY .

ohwell, no point arguing with her .
PARENTS WILL BE PARENTS .
i should be understanding enough to know that
parents hardly understand the need for teenage freedom .

and i still manage to understand and speak a few
